The uninhabited island Great Stirrup Cay was acquired from the Belcher Oil Company and developed by Norwegian Cruise Lines into a private cruise destination. The cruise line created this flag to fly over the island alongside the home corporate flag and the flag of the Bahamas.
You can see the flags flying on nautical flagpoles in several locations on the island. This is the first one you will encounter, high on a peninsula, as the tender ships take you into the island's sheltered port.
