Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present quarter corner bears S89.3°W from WAYMARK WMQKFC, 2566' distant.
After walking about 110', cross Cache Creek and proceed along a line of PROPERTY BOUNDARY signs posted at roughly 100-meter intervals.
Type of survey mark: 3-1/4" brass cap on iron pipe; rising 7"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
There is a faded PROPERTY BOUNDARY sign mounted on a T-post which bears W, 10'10" distant. Found two firs with healed blazes. The tree in the NE quadrant has two yellow BEARING TREE tags, on front and backside, and a LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign on the backside. The other has a single yellow BEARING TREE tag.
