Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present sixteenth corner bears N0.9°E from WAYMARK WMQKDR, 2559' distant.

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The corner is at the foot of a rock outcrop, on the NW side. Found two firs with healed blazes and BEARING TREE yellow tags. There is also a Brooks-Scanlon, Inc. LOCATION POSTER on the front and a LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign on the backside of the more distant tree.
