Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present sixteenth corner bears N89.1°E from WAYMARK WMQK6G, 1444' distant.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on iron pipe; rising 1"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
There is a PROPERTY BOUNDARY sign mounted on a T-post which bears W, 2'2" distant, and another which bears N 2'7" distant. Found two ponderosa pines each with a healed blaze, BEARING TREE yellow tag and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign on the backside. The distances to these trees are interchanged on the National Forest Survey Corner Visitation Card.
