There is a wall dedicated to Cortland County Veterans. There are several war memorials on the grounds of the Cortland County Courthouse that have been dedicated to specific wars at different times in different ways.

Description of Memorial: There is a low wall painted white dedicated to Cortland County Veterans. There are plantings in front of the wall and a cement patio area. The wall has lists of veterans of the Civil War and World War I. There are stones with plaques for Korean and World War II. There is a separate monument for Vietnam. There is a circle on the patio with plantings and several flags.
There are several war memorials on the grounds of the Cortland County Courthouse that have been dedicated to specific wars at different times in different ways. There is a large Civil War Statue on the grounds and a monument for World War I. There is a rock for American Revolutionary soldiers. There is also a stone with a plaque for women veterans.
