A well done, larger that life, moose statue is located in the patio in back of Bucko's Restaurant at 669 E. Plaza Dr., Mooresville, NC.

People in NC don't get to see a moose in the wild. They are big, but not 15' high. A bull moose may reach 7' at the shoulder. This fiberglass statue is quite impressive in its appearance. Aside from it's size it is an accurate sculpture. The unanswered question is why the owner of Bucko's chose to place a moose statue 700 miles southwest of it's range.
