Das Kriegerdenkmal der Stadt Bad Homburg erinnert an die fünf Homburger Soldaten, die im Deutsch-Französischen Krieg von 1870/71 gefallen waren. Es wurde von Christian Holler entworfen und vom Bildhauer Jacob Mey ausgeführt. Die feierliche Enthüllung fand am 10. Mai 1875 statt, als Stifter trat der örtliche Kriegerverein auf.
Das Denkmal wurde auf dem Waisenhausplatz im Zentrum der sogenannten Neustadt von Homburg errichtet. Es besteht aus einer etwa dreieinhalb Meter hohen dorischen Säule aus rotem Sandstein. Sie sitzt auf einem würfelförmigen Steinsockel, der über mehrere Stufen erreichbar ist. An der Spitze schließt die Säule mit einem Kapitell ab, auf dem ein bekrönter preußischer Adler mit ausgebreiteten Schwingen thront. Auf einer am Sockel angebrachten Tafel stehen die Namen der gefallenen Soldaten:

The war memorial of the town of Bad Homburg recalls the five Homburg soldiers who were killed in the Franco-Prussian War of 1870/71. It was designed by Christian Holler and executed by sculptor Jacob Mey. The ceremonial unveiling took place on May 10, 1875, founder was the local Veterans' Association.
The monument was erected on the Waisenhausplatz in the centre of the so-called New Town of Homburg. It consists of a three and a half meter high Doric column of red sandstone. It stands on a cube-shaped stone base, which is accessible via several steps. At the top of the column, which ends with a capital, sits a crowned Prussian eagle with outstretched wings. On one panel attached to the base are the names of the fallen soldiers (translated inscription):
