Kal-Haven Trail State Park is a 34 mile crushed limestone path connecting South Haven and Kalamazoo.The trail meanders through wooded areas, past farm lands and over rivers and streams. Trail highlights include Camelback bridge and Covered Bridge. Trails are great for cross country skiing. hiking and biking. There is an 11 mile section where horses are allowed. The staging area for horses is is at 67th st and Baseline rd.
This trailhead is at the eastern end of the Kal-Haven trail where it connects with the Kalamazoo Valley River Trail.

There must be a 4" snowbase before snowmobiles my use the trail.
