The Jaycees' Fountain is located on Route 25, the South Coastal Highway, at the intersection with Armadale Road and Commonwealth Avenue in Port Wentworth, GA.

The Jaycees' Fountain contains a 25' diameter 2' high outer brick wall. Just inside is 3' high brick wall that becomes the basin for the fountain. The inner wall is topped by a 1.5' high white wrought iron fence. At the center of the fountain is a cairn of flat stones. Water spouts up from a nozzle in the center of the cairn and falls back into the basin.
A marble plaque embedded in the outer wall is inscribed:
DEDICATED TO THOSE CIVIC
