This Mission, founded in the 18th century has a few dozen gravesite...mostly of Indians....some of which are unmarked. The Mission's website (visit link) does not have a separate page for the cemetery...but only this mention:

" The Mission Cemetery
The grave of Old Gabriel (thought to have lived to over 150 years old)
Native Californian grave markings on Mission walls"

and Wikipedia's article about the Mission (visit link) only makes this mention of the internments here:

"Notable interments
Several notable people are buried in the church and churchyard.

Juan Crespí (1721–1782), Spanish missionary and explorer
Fermín Lasuén (1736–1803), Spanish missionary
José Antonio Roméu, (1742? – 1792) Spanish governor of California
Junípero Serra (1713–1784), founder of the mission"
Name of church or churchyard: Mission San Carlos Borromeo de Carmelo

Approximate Size: Small (11-50)
