This clock has black roman numerals on a white face. The minutes are marked with lines. It has an ornate frame and stand. It is in a garden area of a brick courtyard. The entrance to the courtyard is from Washington Street and another from Hawley Street. It is in back of some bars on State Street. Washington Street has stores that promote the First Friday Art Walk.
