Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present center quarter corner bears N87.9°E from WAYMARK WMQEQA, 1277' distant.

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
There is a PROPERTY BOUNDARY sign mounted on a T-post which bears W, 10' distant. Also a PROPERTY BOUNDARY sign on a T-post which bears S, 9'6" distant. Found a fir and a ponderosa pine with healed blazes and BEARING TREE yellow tags. The fir also had a LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign on the reverse side.
