Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present sixteenth corner bears S1.4°W from WAYMARK WMQENT, 1342' distant.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on iron pipe; rising 5"
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs mounted on a T-post which bears N, 11'6" distant. Also a PROPERTY BOUNDARY sign on a T-post which bears E, 8' distant. Found two firs with healed blazes, BEARING TREE yellow tags and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on the reverse sides. There is a new-to-me type of LOCATION POSTER nailed on the more distant bearing tree.
