Die Satama-Anlage ist eine Sauna-Anlage mit angrenzenden Ferienappartments und -häusern. Das weitläufige Parkgrundstück erstreckt sich entlang des südlichen Scharmützelseeufers. Der Leuchtturm ist nur eine Attrappe, einem Leuchtturm nachempfunden und markiert den Rezeptionsbereich der Anlage.
