Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present sixteenth corner bears N88.4°E from WAYMARK WMQEN6, 1303' distant.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on iron pipe; about 1" below layer of duff

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs mounted on a T-post which bears W, 14' distant. Also a PROPERTY BOUNDARY sign on a T-post which bears S, 15'6" distant. Found two firs with healed blazes, BEARING TREE yellow tags and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on the reverse sides. The corner was found only after taping from the two bearing trees.
