This is a two-story brick building with a stone plate on the upper wall reading "1883". The building is unadorned, with no embellishments at all. Some variation in the brick at the corner indicates some possible alteration in past years. The building stands on the northwest corner of E. Keetoowah and South Muskogee. Diagonally across the street is the beautiful historic Cherokee National Capitol building.
The ground floor has two storefronts, each with a single aluminum and glass entry door on the right and two display windows to the south. The entrance to the second level is at the far south. The two storefronts are covered with a single green cloth awning.
At the time of our visit, the south occupancy was for lease. There appeared to be a business in the north portion, but there was no signage. The second level contains five apartments, which are actively leased.
Year of construction: 1883
