The red brick and corrugated iron roofed St Matthew's Parish Hall is located in Stirling Square next to the church. A protracted argument over the site of the proposed parish hall at the turn of the century resulted in the hall not being built until 6 years later.
Year of construction: 1906

Full inscription:
This stone was laid by His Excellency Sir Frederick Bedford G.C.B. Governor of Western Australia on August 4th 1906 "To the Glory of God"
