This bronze sculpture is entitled "Grief" and is dated "1926-1927".
All of the sculptures here are by Icelandic artist Einar Jonsson.

The relief work depicts a naked young man...obviously in anguish with his face nestled in his right arm while his left arm reaches a ledge above him. There are two small figures behind him...man and woman...apparently dancing with a large fan.
