Not sure, but I would think that this group of shops was built in the 1980s. There is quite a 'bank' of post boxes, and I'm not sure if any are still available for renting.
This is listed as "Shop 7", but it is rather obvious where it is, as it is the first shop you go past when entering the parking area.
