Located in front of the Village of Middleville pavilion is of cast metal design with 3 arms (2 black& 1 white) and has large roman numerals and the Rotary International logo on the face. There is a plaque at the base of the clock that reads:

Dedicated September 10 2011. In recognition of Chester R. Geukes (1912-2007)for outstanding service to his community and a 1938 founding member of Middleville Rotary Club.
