Location of sign: S. Bondurant St. @ E. Stone St.. Downing

The unusual part is two fold. First this is a railroad crossing sign, YET, it tells you to watch out for cars? What? Cars on the non-existing train tracks...what-the-hay! Second, there is NO railroad tracks here, nor have there ever been any here. The railroad tracks, when they existed, were north of here running parallel to Bondurant St. along side Prime St. So go figure.
Someone put it here as a joke?
