The Arlington Public Library maintains an old house that has been repurposed as the Arlington Reads Literacy House. They offer classes to help people get their GEDs. The parking lot seems to be shared with Arlington's First United Methodist Church, so there's an entrance on Center St. and another entrance on Mesquite St.
The LFL is positioned such that you can drive up to it and exchange a book without even getting out of your car.
