This siren is located in the rear of South Connellsville Voluenteer Fire Company-Station 37, Fayette County.The noise from the siren is very loud and can be heard for several miles. It is usually tested once a week. The company was organized in 1914. The present station and social hall was built in 1957, also the fireman's club next door was built in 1969
