This Victorian post box is on the north west side of Morgan Street at the junction with College Terrace at the north west corner of Tredegar Square in east London.

The box is in good condition with dull paintwork and damage to the paint caused by the bunch of keys used to open the box. There is no manufacturer's name vissible on the box but it looks as though there may have been a plate attached on the plinth beneath the "VR" - see photos.

The box is in a residential area of east London with Tredegar Square being bounded by some terraced Georgian houses.
