The garden is open to the public seven days a week from dawn to dusk. Signs throughout the garden allow visitors to make self-guided tours to learn about the plants on display and growing techniques used. A wide variety of ecologically sound pest management methods are demonstrated including cultural, biological and, if necessary, chemical.
