The front of the bulding looks deserted. Not even junk piled inside. How long ago was this a florist? Seems like ages ago

"3146 Arsenal (Contributing)
This two-story brick commercial/residential building was constructed in 1906 by J. Mathusen for M. Brinkman. It has a flat roof and a limestone foundation. There are three bays on the first
floor; a commercial window, a single doorway, and a double doorway with glazed transoms. The commercial window and the double doors are boarded. All first floor bays have jack arches. There are four window openings with wooden lug sills and jack arches containing one-over-one, double-hung sash windows on the second floor. There is a corbelled brick drip cornice and a flat parapet wall with terra cotta coping tiles." ~ NRHP Nomination Form
