IT IS 90.89 FEET NORTHWEST OF REFERENCE MARK NO. 1, 89.91 FEET WEST-NORTHWEST OF THE STATION MARK, 76 FEET NORTH OF THE APPROXIMATE CENTER OF TUTWILER AVENUE, 24 FEET WEST OF THE APPROXIMATE CENTER OF NORTH PERKINS ROAD, 12 FEET NORTH OF POWERLINE TRANSFORMER POLE NO. 4879, AND ABOUT 1.0 FOOT ABOVE THE ELEVATION OF THE STATION. IT IS A STANDARD REFERENCE MARK DISK CEMENTED IN A DRILL HOLE NEAR THE WEST EDGE OF A CONCRETE SIDEWALK ALONG THE WEST EDGE OF NORTH PERKINS ROAD AND THE DISK IS STAMPED BERCLAIR NO 2 1959.
