This 85,000 square foot school from 1931 received basic repairs included a new roof, rewiring and installation of carpet in rooms that would comprise the gallery.
The new museum holds 300 paintings and an undetermined number of statues. In a corner of the former school yard stands a statue of a woman's head with flowing hair.
