A bronze eagle on a pedestal with text on front and the emblems of the branches of the service and the POW/MIA emblem on the other three sides.
A black marble monument with a mural and text on the front, on the back is the names of those who died.
Both are set in a plaza with bricks and two black marble benches.

Description of Memorial:
On the west side of the courthouse is a tall marble monument with the names of those who died in each of the conflicts. On the front is a mural and before the monument is a bronze eagle in flight.
