After revisiting my 'own' centenarian relative's headstone (Leslie/ Fardy Mantova), I took a walk around the lawn cemetery, and found the headstone of another centenarian, Alma Lüdemann not too far away.

Just 13 days after Alma was born in February, King Edward VII approved the change in the Australia flag, for the stars to have seven points (except for the smallest star of the Southern Cross). Meanwhile, in New Zealand, in 1903 they were the first country of the world to pass a Wireless Telegraphy Act.
And then in 2003, shortly after Alma's death in April, the TGA (Australia's Therapeutic Goods Administration regulatory body) authorised the largest recall of pharmaceutical products in Australia's history after a series of problems were found at the Pan Pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.

The epitaph on the face of the polished 'black' marble 'face plate' on a slanted grey-speckled marble headstone reads:

In loving memory of
ALMA LÜDEMANN
07.02.1903 - 05.04.2003
We'll be loving you always.

This is in the eastern area of the Manning Great Lakes Memorial Gardens lawn cemetery.

* For the Americans, those dates listed on the headstone would be:
Born - 7th February 1903; Died - 5th April 2003 *
Location of Headstone: Manning Great Lakes Memorial Gardens
