This disk of survey marker is located in southwest corner of the intersection of Tennessee State Highway 100 (Fairview Blvd. West) and Fernville Road. It is approx. 2 yards south of edge of asphalt along Highway 100 (eastbound) and approx. 1-1/2 yards north of a red vertical witness post read "SURVEY MARKER". Stamped "TNDOT 94-100-10" happened in 2014.
