"The Blacksmith Arms, in Ward’s End, opened in 1875, having first been called the Blackboy, and closed in 1931, when it was demolished and rebuilt.
It kept this name until November 2002, when it was changed to Voodoo, but since then it has changed to Smiths and @ The Office in 2004.
It then became an Indian restaurant and re-opened as a pub with the name Baroque before closing again in 2012.
Pub historian Bill Wells said he believed it had had the most name changes in Loughborough, closely followed by The Custard House, in Baxter Gate."
