We visited Nakusp several times and always find the gardens and lawns beautifully maintained. It is a very pleasant experience and we enjoy strolling along the Waterfront Walkway.

Waterfront Walkway is a paved recreation pathway along the shores of Upper Arrow Lake. The one km walkway stretches from the downtown marina to a large public sandy beach. To welcome all visitors and local residents the walkway is wheelchair and baby stroller friendly.

The views from the walkway are spectacular and enjoyed from the dedicated benches along the way. There is Spicer's Garden with pergola and also the Japanese Garden for you to enjoy and relax. Available are picnic areas, manicured lawns, sandy beaches and sightseeing platforms.
