This is a vacant building. It is believed the theater closed in the 50s. At some time during the 1980's, the Christian Life Center occupied the building.

The building has "S" worked into the brick on the top. The Sullivan family was one of the first to settle in this area and they were the ones who donated the land for nearby Fort Boggy State Park. I therefore believe that this building may have been built by the Sullivan family.
