Private Esau Watts gravesite is within the Grandview Flats Memorial Gardens. Located about 11 km SW of downtown Armstrong. Follow Otter Lake Road and turn south on Grandview Flat Road to cemetery about 3 km.

Though a small rural cemetery it is well maintained and surrounded by a chain link fence. It was established about 1910 by the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. It is about 1 acre in size and most graves have granite or bronze markers and most are flush to the ground. There are approximately 150 interments.

We did locate Private Esau Watts who passed away August 12, 1990 at the age of 105. He was born in England on July 7, 1885.

Private Esau Watts served during World War One as part of the Queen's Bantam Regiment.
