EN: Falkenfluh is the rock face east of Duggingen at the border with the Canton of Solothurn to which the plateau belongs. The crag can be reached by foot either from Duggingen or Hochwald.
The area is one of the most popular climbing areas near the city of Basel and well known far beyond the country's borders.
Various climbing sites record 130 to 200 different routes of all difficulty levels in the area, but some of them have been recently closed for environmental reasons, so the really accessible number is a bit lower.
DE: Falkenfluh ist die Felswand östlich von Duggingen und die Grenze zum Kanton Solothurn zu dem die Hochebene gehört. Das Klettergebiet kann entweder von Duggingen oder Hochwald zu Fuss erreicht werden.
Das Gebiet ist eine der beliebtesten Klettergebiete in der Nähe der Stadt Basel und weit über die Landesgrenzen hinaus bekannt.
Verschiedene Kletterseiten verzeichnen zwischen 130 und 200 verschiedene Routen in allen Schwierigkeitsgraden in dem Gebiet, wobei einige davon in letzter Zeit aus Umweltschutzgründen gesperrt wurden.
