This water reservoir was 'found' when a fellow geocacher noticed the trig point on top of it, and found a way to get close enough to get the required photo. TP6913 on GCA, or TS10900.

Not being able to get next to it I am unsure if it is a concrete inverted cone with a cylinder on top, or formed steel. Certainly where the safety rail is attached on top there is evidence of rust stain - indicating the steel content there.
This seems to be of a size for the few hundred houses that surround the tower. It would be able to give an extra 10 m height worth of pressure for the domestic supply
