This motel set back from US 40 with a large front yard, now sits on the service rd., and I-70 took most of the yard.

As I remember this place, it was called the Sunshine Motor Lodge, or Inn or Motel...but Motor Lodge keeps coming to mind.
Today it is a low rent apartment complex. No frills, not fun.

This one, directly across from Big Boys Restaurant, and the Coral were the best of the times, but also the highest priced, so the other did get their share.
