It has "Mexico Aztlan" and "America La Bella" as titles on the mural. On the left are the symbols of Mexico, on the right the U.S. The American symbols include the Statue of Liberty, Mount Rushmore, the American flag, the Boy Scout emblem, the New York City skyline. The Mexican symbols are a skull as seen on El Día de Metros, a Mayan pyramid, an Aztec, a statue, and the Mexican flag, and a Mexican style bird. "Aztlán ... is the legendary ancestral home of the Aztec peoples. " (quote from Wikipedia) This land includes what is now the Southwest of the United States.
Around the sides and the bottom are several abstract Mexican patterns in a border.

We really wanted to like this locally owned, non chain family Mexican restaurant. Sadly the three times we ate there the food was not good. It just didn't have the "wow" taste factor that restaurant Mexican food needs to have to be worth dining out since a lot of Mexican food can be made relatively easily at home."
