An information plaque identifies "As Above, So Below" as mural #4 created by High School Learning Center Students in conjunction with the Rockwell Art Museum's Alley Art Project.
A large reddish-brown circle is surround by 33 breaking waves at its perimeter. It also has a white hole in its center. Around the inside the perimeter are eight similar but smaller circles with images of various flora and fauna. The pattern of 9 circles then repeats on a smaller scale around the central hole. Thus the fitting title "As Above, So Below."
