An information plaque identifies "As Above, So Below" as mural #3 created by High School Learning Center Students in conjunction with the Rockwell Art Museum's Alley Art Project.
A pair of zig-zag forms, suggesting mountains, sprawl across a bare back wall. Within each of the zig-zag forms are various images, some real, some imaginary. The upper part has a mountain range, the sun, a circle with five equidistant points at the perimeter, what looks a a section of a topo map, a pond, a large red hand, and multicolored strands emanating from a yellow sphere. The bottom section has a rural scene, a surreal motif against a starry sky, a multicolored hill, a clock, a waterfall, and an ocean wave. Crows are shown flying in the background.
