A glass framed memorial plaque in the foyer of the Llandudno Town Hall, dedicated to the Men of Llandudno & District who served with the 242 Battery 69th medium Regiment, Royal Artillery. Then below the Royal Artillery badge, the text 1939 to 1945 Conflict. 1945 Germany.

To each side of the central section, are the campaigns that the regiment were involved with & are listed; Wormhout, Dunkirk, North Africa, Desert Campaign El Alemain to Tunisia, Italy, Solerno, Monte Casino, & France.
