An information plaque identifies Garden of the Spirit as mural #2 created by High School Learning Center Students in conjunction with the Rockwell Art Museum's Alley Art Project.
Garden of the Spirit is a sprawling mural with various elements. On the extreme left side grapes are hanging from vines. To the right is a field of imaginative flowers. Pink flowers grow on the top of vines that reach the second story. Lower to the ground are smaller red, blue, purple and yellow flowers. At the bottom a fox is nestled next to a line of pumpkins. To the right of the flower garden is a pond with a single mute swan. Above is an over-sized sun, an anthropomorphic cloud, and rolling green hills.
