The instrument maker Christian Reisser opened his small shop in Ulm. He starts in his workshop with 2 companions. The workshop increases more and more. In the business ads is spoken of "Instrument Factory". In shop also harmonikas, barrel organs, German and Italian gut strings are in addition to all sorts of brass and woodwind instruments.

1919
Moving to a new building in Hahnengasse 7 that is rebuilt and enlarged in the following years. This resulted in the opportunity to expand the range of goods on major instruments and set up a new workshop for instrument making. In addition, in the rear building a workshop for piano and harmonium was installed.

1944
The total loss of the transaction by bomb action on Dec. 17 was a hard blow but the re-entry in their own rooms was celebrated in 1950.

till now...
The company continuously expanded and is becoming increasingly important. So opened 7 stores in southern Germany. At the headquarters in Ulm, the company moves to a larger building and has now totaly more than 100 employees. It quit manufacture and is currently a music store in Frauenstraße 22.

Today
In Hahnengasse 7, where in earlier days Friedrich Reißer worked as instrument maker, is these days a shoe repair service.
