Barokní usedlost z r. 1756 postavil F. X. Turba. Na pocátku 20. století byla cástecne zbourána a nahrazena novobarokní vilou. Od r. 1939 zde bydlel malír a loutkar Jirí Trnka. V 90. letech byl obýván squattery. Dnes probíhá rekonstrukce areálu.
