The former North Perth Town Hall was constructed of red brick and corrugated iron roof in the Federation Free Classical style, originally it was planned to be part of a larger complex which however never materialised, in 1914 the Town of North Perth was incorperated into the City of Perth and the structure became a meeting place for the local community
