This Penticton Fire Department is one of two fire halls in Penticton. It is station 1 and the headquarters for the regional district. It is located at 250 Nanaimo Avenue West in town.

This is the largest fire hall of the two in Penticton. The fire department was first established in 1911. It is a fairly large building with three bays.

Pub Ed I201: 1998 GMC, Safari, 8 passenger van, is affectionately called the Sparky Van

It is decorated with Sparky the Fire Dog and fire safety messages such as Stop, Drop & Roll, Smoke Alarms Save Lives and Practice Your Fire Escape Plan.
