The tower consists of a steel structure and spindle staircase that connects the boarding level and two platforms, one for resting and one for observation. Ground plan dimensions of the steel structure on the ground are about 13 x 13 meters, the diameter of the structure at the level of the viewing platform is 4.3 meters. The total height of the tower is 28 m (height of the viewing platform is 12.5 m and 25 m).

Na vrcholu Kotle stála drevená rozhledna již pred sto lety.
Celokovová stavba vystavena v roce 2014. Výška 28 m, konstrukce ve tvaru válce s tocitým schodištem. Vyhlídková plošina 25 m nad terénem je v nadmorské výšce 600 m n. m.

Z rozhledny uvidíte významné vrcholy Brd, Šumavy, Ceského lesa, Krušných hor a Ceského stredohorí.
