This is a free standing clock located on the busy intersection of Avenue of the Fountains and Saguaro Blvd. The face of the clock is white with the Rotary International symbol in blue and gold in the center. The numerals are Arabic. The minutes are noted by bars between the two circles around the outer edge of the face. The numbers are associated with a dot between the two circles while 12, 3, 6, and 9 have an arrow between the two circles. The hands are dark metal with an angular flare at each end of each hand. The face is mounted in a circular fixture of dark metal. A highly stylized sign atop displays the town name. The clock stands on a Roman style column which in turn is on a large concrete base covered with dark ceramic tile.
