Páni z Gutštejna jsou starý ceský panský rod pocházející z Hroznatovcu, nazývají se podle stejnojmenného hradu Gutštejn u Konstantinových Lázní v západních Cechách.
Rod Gutštejnu, verný králi Zikmundovi, získal radu vesnic klášteru v Chotešove, Pivoni, v Plasích i jinde. Po husitských válkách patril mezi nejmocnejší v západních Cechách. Burianovi z Gutšetjna patrila Belá, Rabštejn, Nectiny; Tachov, Komberk, krátce i Stríbro, byl krajským hejtmanem na Žatecku a Plzensku a spravoval chotešovský klášter.
